What We Are Seeking

Seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating risks, managing a portfolio of renewal business, and prioritizing retention and profitability. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in completing and submitting applications and remarketing accounts, reviewing quotes, and determining optimal renewal programs for our clients. Cultivating strong relationships with company underwriters and working with the personal lines team and producers will ensure the smooth execution of these responsibilities. While this position reports into our Riverside, CT office, it is a HYBRID role once fully trained.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad book of business for high-net-worth clients.
  • Develop relationships and rapport with clients by providing sound insurance and risk management advice.
  • Responsible for quoting and remarketing accounts.
  • Issue Binders and Certificates of Insurance.
  • Provide claims assistance.
  • Process policy changes and issue Endorsements.
  • Update agency management system to ensure current, accurate client information.
  • Process renewals.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • License: Property & Casualty (any state)

Preferred Skills

  • Some College; No Degree
  • License: Property & Casualty (CT or NY)
  • Areas of Expertise: High Net-Worth, Homeowners & Renters, Claims Processing, Personal Auto, Personal Liability / Personal Umbrella, Fine Arts, Watercraft, Flood / Wind / Hail, High Value Homes, Motorcycles & ATVs, Recreational Vehicles, Umbrella / Excess Liability, Inland Marine, Builder’s Risk
  • Management & Rating Systems: EPIC – 1 year minimum
